# The Boxers’ Top Secret Combination

We can't say it enough: it's important to keep up regular physical activity to stay in shape, and that goes for this period of lockdown too! To help, we reached out to Budo-Fight's partner athletes to ask for their top tips on how to train easily at home! And we discovered a simple and fun workout routine that gently strengthens every part of your body. Revolutionary! Ready to give it a try? Follow the guide!

## Gently working the upper body

1. Stand with knees apart, firmly balanced, engage your core, and extend your arms with palms facing down.
2. Relax, then move on to the next position.
3. Same as the first, but with palms facing up.
4. Relax again, then fold your forearms onto your arms. Don't forget to breathe, then place your hands behind your head. Stay focused.

## Next up: thighs and glutes

1. While controlling your breathing, fold your arms over your abdominal area.
2. Extend your arms back until your hands are on your glutes.
3. Do three squats, moving your hands from front to back.
4. Jump 45° to the right while shouting "HEYYY MACARENA"

Yes, you just fell for our April Fool's joke :-) Because we shouldn't forget to relax, even during these sometimes stressful times! And remember, a half-hour of energetic Macarena a day still counts as physical activity. So, shall we dance?
