Changed your mind? Budo-Fight accepts product returns, whatever the reason!

For any refund, exchange, or free reshipment, you can return your items **within 30 days from the receipt of your order**. Returns must be made exclusively via postal service operators. Don’t forget to include [your Budo-Fight return slip](/en/return-request/return-form.pdf) with your request!

All returned items will be inspected. They must be **in perfect condition and in their original packaging**. Washed items, hakamas with the thread cut, products subject to specific hygiene measures (groin guard, chest guard, etc.), and personalized products (embroidered belts) made at the buyer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged.

**If the return is due to our error** or if you receive a defective product with your order, please contact our customer service by email. We will send you **a prepaid Colissimo return label** only if you reside in mainland France.

**For all other reasons, return shipping costs will be at your expense.** Budo-Fight will cover the reshipping costs for exchanged products. Reshipping fees for heavy and/or bulky items will be at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

Any return that does not comply with the above conditions may be refused by our team.
