Home shipping maintained
First and foremost, we have decided to continue shipping to your home only, using a "contactless" method: the delivery driver will leave your package at your doorstep (on the threshold, in your mailbox, or hidden under your garden gnome if you prefer). Please note that these specific measures may cause shipping delays. In addition, signature-on-delivery is currently suspended.
MONDIAL RELAY pickup point shipping suspended
Due to the risk of contagion and the large number of closed stores, all Mondial Relay orders are suspended until further notice. For Colissimo Pickup Point orders, we urge you to be extremely vigilant. In fact, 44% of Colissimo pickup points remain open, but it is important to check that your store is accessible during this lockdown period.
