Gwendoline Philippe crowned world champion for the third time!
From October 23 to 27, 2019, the Karate World Championships took place in Santiago de Chile, Chile. On this occasion, the young Gwendoline Philippe, our ambassador, once again proved her worth! Our ambassador may be young, but she already has everything of a champion: she is now a three-time World Champion! She claimed her first victory at the World Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia in 2015, in the -59kg category. Two years later, in Tenerife, Spain, she won her second world champion title. Now, two years later in Chile, she has secured her third title!
We are extremely proud to count among our ambassadors such a talented champion as Gwendoline Philippe! We wish her the best of luck for the 2020 Olympics, for which she is currently ranked 5th in the Olympic standings for the -61kg category. Fingers crossed!
