This Namman Muay cream can be used before and after exercise to relieve muscle and joint pain, swelling, bruises, inflammation, and any pain caused by intense movements. It can also be used to warm up muscles before activity and help them recover afterward. It has an exceptional anesthetic effect.

Directions for use:
