I called customer service and the lovely lady arranged for a Colissimo delivery instead, and I received my parcel on Saturday because I absolutely needed the mouthguard by Sunday. If I had stayed with Mondial Relay, I would have only received it on Tuesday, so it would have been too late. Thank you and great product.
