David Félix | Budo Fight Filter products # David Félix ## David Félix – “Le Chat” Nicknamed **Le Chat**, David Félix is a karate champion whose journey is truly inspiring. He started karate at the age of 17, a relatively late age for a future champion, but he quickly showed his talent. Just a few months after he began, he already won a competition, and at his very first appearance at the French Championships, he took home the bronze medal. ### 🏆 Athletic Career David then joined the **SIK – Sporting International de Karate Paris**, training under **Serge Chouraqui, 9th Dan**. This preparation allowed him to win the **Coupe de France** and the **French Championship** in 1997. The following year, he reached the top by becoming **World Champion 1998 in Rio**. In 2000, he defended his title and earned the **individual bronze medal** and **1st place with the team**. Unfortunately, in 2004, a detached retina forced him to end his career. ### 🎯 After Sports Since then, David Félix has remained involved in karate and sports in general: he is a consultant for **BeIN Sport**, hosts sports events, and co-founded a karate club with several friends. Passionate about motorcycles and theater, he almost pursued an acting career, but it’s on the tatami that he has left his mark. **Budo Fight** is proud to count among its ambassadors such an exceptional champion and versatile personality as David Félix! ![David Félix](https://www.budo-fight.com/storage/media/14121/conversions/david-felix-6JdA2-card.webp) In stock only Price: Low to High Sort by Sort by Recent Relevance Customer reviews Price: High to Low Price: Low to High Alphabetical (A to Z) Brands Filter products 17 product(s) [ - 15% ![Red Karate Belt](https://www.budo-fight.com/storage/media/1977/conversions/ceinture-karate-rouge-piquee-0-1398265303-card.webp) ](https://www.budo-fight.com/en/product/red-karate-belt) [ ![Budo-Fight](https://www.budo-fight.com/storage/media/93/conversions/marque-budofight-1384786656-logo_xs.webp) Budo-Fight ](https://www.budo-fight.com/en/brands/budo-fight) [ Red Karate Belt ](https://www.budo-fight.com/en/product/red-karate-belt) 22 reviews from €9.98 incl.
