While you wait, Budo-Fight has put together a selection of products inspired by Daniel Larusso, the proud representative of Miyagi-Do.
Spoiler alert!
In season 5, it’s easy to imagine Daniel Larusso and Johnny Lawrence joining forces to defeat Terry Silver, who’s taking over Cobra Kai.
For Johnny Lawrence fans, we’ve also prepared a selection entirely dedicated to him!
This series, which continues the adventures of the Karate Kid trilogy, features two rival karate schools:
- The Miyagi-Do school, teaching a karate style focused on spirituality and flexibility,
- The Cobra Kai school, favoring a more aggressive, strength-based karate style that prioritizes strikes over kata.
Daniel Larusso’s Selection
Our team has curated a selection of products inspired by the style and values of Daniel Larusso in Cobra Kai. Are you inspired by Cobra Kai and Karate Kid? Want to become a Sensei yourself? Or maybe you simply want to excel at kata demonstrations? This selection is made for you!
Daniel Larusso and His Model Student Style
When he’s not in a suit working at his car dealership, Daniel Larusso trains and relaxes in sportswear—technical, understated, yet always elegant. You’ll find this kind of sportswear in our selection.
Daniel Larusso’s Training
Daniel Larusso’s karate training methods are very different from Johnny Lawrence’s. Daniel draws heavily from Master Miyagi’s teachings, often training fighters in his zen garden to teach blocking techniques, as well as to instill the discipline and rigor required for kata demonstrations. At Budo-Fight, we may not have a koi pond, but we do offer karate equipment designed to help you improve flexibility and balance.
What are the key points of Miyagi-Do training?
Miyagi-Do training focuses on:
- Dexterity
- Flexibility
- Discipline
- Resilience
